Here’s our story. In 2007, a small new church in the Santa Clarita Valley began having issues with their webmaster. Aside from information not being updated in a timely manner, their weekly video sermons were not getting posted and the cost for the service was more than they thought they could afford. While looking for a solution, one of their staff members (who happened to also be an employee of Videovoicebank.net, the powerful engine behind Sermondelivery.com) decided to temporarily use the web tool to continue delivering the sermon videos to those who requested it. The church members could view the sermons online through emailed links that would stream the videos right off the Videovoicebank servers. Upon finding a new webmaster to remake their website who could keep their site up to date, they also realized the links they were sending could easily integrate into any website.

This was the beginning of Sermondelivery.com. Realizing that there were thousands of churches who needed a simple way to get their video or audio sermons online, Sermondelivery.com was created. It was put together to accomplish 3 main goals:

  1. To be an easy-to-use church tool to store and stream audio or video files that can be embedded into a website, or emailed as a link.

  2. To be an easy-to-use central viewing place for anyone wanting to watch a sermon online.

  3. To be an affordable place where churches can have central online storage for church members to share information (pictures, documents, videos, etc…).
Mission accomplished…
